Do I need to conduct the viewings myself?

We arrange and conduct the viewings for you. We coordinate property access with you and keep you informed of feedback from prospective tenants.

Will I have a say in the terms agreed?

Yes. We negotiate on your behalf and keep you involved. You approve the tenant and proposed terms before we progress the agreed letting.

What happens after Heads of Terms are produced?

We continue to progress the letting, liaising with the parties and their solicitors, following up on outstanding steps and keeping you updated through to completion.
