How to Add a Property
Add your property for rental via your letlaunch portal. Enter in the address, rent, property details, and photos. Once you click Upload, it only takes a few minutes for your property to appear on Rightmove.
Managing Offers
Applicants who want to view, or who have already viewed, your property will automatically appear here. You can prompt applicants to submit an offer, as well as view offers and accept, reject, or request a guarantor.
New Tenancy Progression
Follow the progress of your new tenancy whilst letlaunch's technology works in the background. Also track the payments your applicant has made towards the first month's rent and deposit.
Edit a Property
After you have uploaded your property, you can edit the details at any time, such as increasing or decreasing the rent, or adding more photos. These changes will be updated both on the letlaunch portal and on Rightmove.
Tenant Referencing Progress
The tenant referencing stage is arguably the most important step in sourcing a new tenant. letlaunch ensures your applicant ticks all boxes, both required by the UK government, such as Right to Rent, as well as financial indicators and previous rental history. All referencing costs are included in the single letlaunch price.
Property Compliance
As a landlord, it is uber important your property meets the various compliance requirements set by the UK government. letlaunch's software makes certain this process is not burdensome and instead a walk in the park.
Tenancy Agreement Progress
Once all checks have been completed, letlaunch sends out the Tenancy Agreement by using DocuSign's electronic signature software. You can customise the agreement to your liking by adding custom clauses and amending other details.
How to Use Inventory Creator
Inventories can be quite an onerous and costly job, but letlaunch sorts it for you. If you already have an inventory, upload it here, or alternatively, letlaunch's free inventory creation software generates a professional inventory with just basic inputs and photos from you.
