Once you have supplied the required property details and your listing is ready for publication, Letlaunch aims to have your commercial property live within 24 hours.

The Commercial Advertising package includes a 30-day lead guarantee. If no lead is received within the guarantee period, your £149 advertising fee is refunded, subject to the guarantee terms.

No. The £149 Essential Advertising package can be purchased on its own. Rightmove Commercial advertising, Physical V-Boards, Heads of Terms and Commercial Tenant Referencing are all optional and can be added if you need them.
